Overview: Qantas and Destination NSW wanted to inspire interstate and international travel for the 2016 & 2017 Vivid Sydney displays. We worked closely with both organisations to capture a unique 360 Virtual Reality experience for social media and headset usage.
Services Provided: Creative, location scouting, talent scouting, storyboarding, 360 filming, 360 time-lapse, editing and music selection.
Method of Execution: We used industry leading Virtual Reality cameras to capture this spectacle and create an immersive experience for viewers. The final output was 3 videos that showcased iconic locations around Sydney. We worked with a series of performers to enhance the experience around the icons.
Outcome: The final videos have been used in social media promotions by Qantas and Destination NSW. These videos are helping to bring tourism to the event through inbound travel for the years ahead.
Both clients were blown away by the results we captured and have been some of their most successful 360 videos to date.
