Overview: Westpac and St George wanted to use 2 separate 360 videos to train their branch managers on new features around their stores.
The videos feature a friendly presenter who showcases ATM and smartphone technology and the correct way to use them.
Services Provided: Creative, location scouting, 360 filming, editing, graphic design and music selection.
Method of Execution: The 4 minute videos produced were used with Samsung Gear VR Headsets for branch managers to use during a training day and for their own usage beyond the event.
Throughout the videos a series of pop up graphics are highlighted for the viewer to follow the correct steps for educating their customers.
Outcome: Both videos were considered very educational and an integral training tool for their branch managers.
